Per the Missouri State rule 15 CSR 30-200.015 Library Certification Requirements of the Protection of Minors, effective July 26, 2023, all library card holders under the age of 18 will have their access temporarily blocked until a parent or guardian signs a consent form enabling them access to all library materials.
Parents or guardians are encouraged to come in and sign the form at their earliest convenience.
